Quick Deploy Kit Overview
Do you have a big upcoming water project requiring one or multiple large submersible pumps? Want to save time and money and not have to hassle with all the plumbing and wiring connections? Our RPS team takes care of all the prep work, saving you time and eliminating headaches in the field. This includes connecting stainless steel fittings to the lay flat hose, waterproof splicing the submersible pump wire to the well pump, and connecting the pump wire to the lay flat hose with high quality cable straps.
Why use Lay Flat?
Our lay flat hose is a durable and sturdy well hose tailored for the needs of our end customers. Installation is made simple with our Quick Deploy Kit, eliminating the need for costly heavy machinery and heavy 10-20 foot sections of threaded PVC or steel. With a tensile strength of over 6,000 lbs and a working pressure of 420 psi, this versatile hose is well-suited for various pumping applications, from high head to high volume. Step 1) Find out how deep you're going to drop your pump. Then call one of our Pump Specialists and order the custom length or 100'/200'/300' that is needed for Hose/Wire 855-560-5670!
Step 2) Then choose between a Well Seal Assembly or a Well Cap/Pitless Adapter. Measure your well casing diameter to determine which size Well Seal or Well Cap to select.
We recommend these Quick Deploy Kits for pumps from the 05RPS, 07RPS, 10RPS, 18RPS, 25RPS, 35RPS, 55RPS, 60RPS, 80RPS, 90RPS and up to the 150RPS series. That means the GPM rate is roughly between 5-150GPM. If higher volumes and longer lengths, lay flat pipe can be analyzed as 1.5" ID and that diameter can be used for frictional loss calculations. While 1-1/4" is standard for the all the threaded barbs at either end of the pipe, these can be adapted to 1", 1-1/2" and 2" easily using stainless bushings.

What does our Water Assurance Guarantee mean?
We offer a money back guarantee that our pump systems will provide you water when sized by one of our engineers to your well, desired setup and final total dynamic pumping head. We do require static water levels, drawdown and pressure requirements are accurately estimated during the sizing process, that installation follows the instructions of the RPS User Manual, and that you give RPS engineers a chance to troubleshoot any issues.
Returns
Customer shall inspect the RPS Product within 30 days of receipt and will be deemed to have accepted the RPS Product unless you notify RPS Water Pumps of your intent to return the product. You may return the RPS Products purchased, for any reason, for a full refund up to thirty (30) days after the date of purchase. The RPS Products must be unused, in new condition, and you must pay the return shipping or return to product to RPS Water Pumps in person. For your convenience, we are happy to email printable shipping labels and deduct the cost (often a discounted rate vs. retail store rate) from your refund amount.
After 30 days and up to sixty (60) days after purchase, a full refund is not available, but transferrable store credit is available for returned products. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns past 60 days and are unable to offer refunds, however, your product warranty is transferable in event the system is sold during the Warranty Period.
As a condition of this return policy, you agree to give us the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue(s) with the RPS Product to work out any issues prior to return.
